The new LEDVANCE SMART+ app unifies the functions of the LEDVANCE SMART+ Bluetooth and LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app. If you have a SMART+ Bluetooth or a SMART+ WiFi product, both can be paired seamlessly into the new SMART+ app.
a) For existing users of the LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app:
In the new LEDVANCE SMART+ app, you don’t need to create a new account. You can login with your existing email address and password from the LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app. Your old data, devices, automations etc. will continue to work as before. Please note that the SMART+ WiFi app is now removed from the App Store and Google Play™ store. If you have the app already installed on your phone, then it will not be affected by the removal in the app stores.
b) For existing users of the LEDVANCE SMART+ BLUETOOTH app:
Unfortunately, your user data can’t be transferred to the new SMART+ app. If you not already have an account in the LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app, you need to create a new account. To transfer your products in the new SMART+ app you need to delete the products in the Bluetooth app and pair them again in the new SMART+ app. Please note that the SMART+ Bluetooth app is now removed from the App Store and Google Play™ store. If you have the app already installed on your phone, then it will not be affected by the removal in the app stores.
