To operate LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi products, you require the following:
1. A LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi product, easily recognizable thanks to its gray packaging with the WIFI Symbol printed on it.
2. A WiFi router connected to the internet. The LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi products support the 2.4 GHz band only.
3. The LEDVANCE SMART+ app, available from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for IOS). The QR code printed on the packaging takes you directly to the app in the Play Store or App Store.
4. An Android or iOS smartphone for controlling the WiFi products. Android smartphones must be running version 8 or higher, and iOS devices version 14 or higher.
