New member for the Executive Board of LightingEurope and re-elected member at ZVEI Advisory Board
Garching based lighting experts LEDVANCE continue to shape in the industry with their involvement in two leading industry associations. In September, Flavio Bertoli, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at LEDVANCE, has been elected to the LightingEurope Executive Board. And Dr. Ulrich Weiss, Global Head of Digitalization, has been re-elected to the Advisory Board of the ZVEI Section Lighting for another three years.
Lighting Europe Executive Board
Flavio Bertoli will take the seat of Lars Stühlen, former Head of Corporate Communications, who left the company and stepped down as a member of the Board. He was unanimously elected by the LightingEurope General Assembly via an online vote on September 15, 2023, to continue this mandate. LightingEurope is the voice of the lighting industry. The organization represents over 1,000 European companies and works to shape EU legislation that impacts the lighting industry. The association pushes the agenda and interests of the lighting industry with EU lawmakers in the regulatory process and plays a central role as soon as rules are adopted, supporting members with implementation. LightingEurope translates the legal requirements into guidelines and graphics and offers lighting companies training and workshops.
