LEDVANCE announces key leadership changes

Jue Wang appointed as new Executive Senior Vice President

LEDVANCE, a global leader in lighting solutions based in Garching, announces organizational changes to its leadership team. Effective October 1, 2023, Jue Wang has been appointed as the new Executive Senior Vice President, taking on a pivotal role within the organization.

Jue Wang joined the company in December 2020 in the role of CFO and as a board member. In her capacity as Executive Senior Vice President, she will now oversee the Region Managing Directors, who will report directly to her. This strategic realignment is designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive the company forward.

In her new role as Executive Senior Vice President, Jue Wang looks forward to advancing customer relationships under the umbrella of “Power Through Light”, stating, “These changes will fortify our organization, enabling us to better serve our global customers, while our steadfast commitment to delivering top-quality products and nurturing strong partnerships remains resolute.”

In related news, Bart Mei, current CSMO and a respected member of the LEDVANCE team, has announced his decision to depart the company by the end of this year due to personal reasons. Jue Wang will take over the CSMO duties in her role as Executive Senior Vice President.
