LEDVANCE designs an LMS-based lighting solution for the company headquarters in Garching. This solution combines the well-being of employees with the highest energy efficiency and sustainability through an intelligent, IoT-enabled control.

the challenge

LEDVANCE is expanding and redesigning its corporate headquarters in Garching to create a flexible office structure with a modern lighting concept that supports flexible work environments, meets design standards, enhances employee well-being and performance, and aligns with LEDVANCE's sustainability strategy through optimal energy efficiency.

the solution

LEDVANCE planned and implemented lighting solutions for the LOOP corporate headquarters, utilizing over 800 IoT-enabled LED luminaires, including BIOLUX HCL Tunable White and smart 1906 Globe luminaires, along with approximately 300 sensors. The VIVARES light management system, incorporating both VIVARES ZIGBEE and VIVARES DALI systems, was employed to optimize lighting efficiency in different areas.
