Trend update: new vintage models from LEDVANCE
In preparation for the fall season, the latest lamps and luminaire shades in the Vintage Edition 1906 range from LEDVANCE are now available in retail outlets.
Aesthetic shapes, modern technology and high-quality materials are all combined in the Vintage Edition 1906 from LEDVANCE. With 16 new lamp types and four new luminaire shades added to the portfolio in July, fans of retro chic now have an even greater choice.
New designs for greater inspiration
With the 16 new LED filament lamps, LEDVANCE is continuing the tradition of Edition 1906 in which the lamp itself is a real eye-catcher. The lamps with spiral filaments are particularly striking and come in two versions. The Classic Big Grape, for example, is an oversize lamp measuring almost 30 centimeters in length and 20 centimeters in diameter. It will blend with any décor either with or without a shield. Another highlight is the Big Globe which provides the right vintage flair in combination with the “Cage” shield.
With their double-helix filament the new LED Globe 125 and LED Edison qualify as genuine design elements, either on or off, and make an impressive statement in conjunction with a luminaire such as the PenduLum.
Special shapes for individual accent lighting
The seven lamps in special shapes with E27 bases also are available with similar dimensions. They appear as a cut gemstone or in the shape of a fir cone as the LED Pinecone. While these have the usual golden hue in their glass and provide warm accent lighting, the Globe Mirror Black lamp is made of clear glass and finished with a matt black coating. It makes an elegant combination when paired with the Radar and Cone shades. Another addition to the portfolio is the Table light – simply fit one of these lamps and it becomes a handsome design object.
New luminaire designs for great variety
Lamps are not the only new products ? there has also been activity on the luminaires front. Anyone who has an Edition 1906 PenduLum luminaire now has even more options thanks to four new lampshades. The shades are made from aluminum sheet with a satin matt surface. The slim “Cup” shade (140 mm), the shallower “Radar” (320 mm) and the tapered “Cone” (219 mm) are black on the outside and either white or gold on the inside. The “Cage” shade with a diameter of 239 millimeters is available either in black or gold. The models all have one thing in common – they create a stylish atmosphere with a vintage look and feel.
For the first time, LEDVANCE has also launched luminaires for PAR16 lamps with a GU10 base in the popular Edition 1906 design language and with the same high-quality materials. They are available as pendant luminaires, and as single or double-lamp luminaires with a swivel bracket. Edition 1906 wall luminaires are also available.
